FieldEvo™ (previously known as mMaintain™) equips and provides service engineers and management personnel with real-time workflow interactive backend access to retrieve and update information on customers, equipment type, warranty and service or work order pricing. Sales engineers can remotely generate quotations for work orders and significantly reduce the average customer response time. Engineers will also be able to make enquiries on parts availability and customer credit line, view past quotations, trigger exception reports to be sent via e-mail and approve purchase requisitions.
